Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.
Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant measure that is abominable? Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights? For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth.
Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.
A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight.
But thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the Lord thy God.
That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified. For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
1 Thessalonians 4:6,7
Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.
Withhold not good from them to whom it us due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbor, or buyest ought of thy neighbour’s hand, ye shall not oppress one another:
Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the Lord your God.
Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.
He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
